1 General Terms

fk33 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described on this page ("Terms") govern the use of the fk33 platform and all services provided under it.

By accessing the fk33 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, mobile number, address, and payment details — must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or termination, and fk33 reserves the right to forfeit your balance in such cases.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your fk33 account username and password fully confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Always use a strong and unique password.
• Report any suspicious activity to fk33 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions made using your account.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

fk33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is proven that the issue was caused entirely by a technical failure of the fk33 platform itself.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

fk33 may request identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements are met. fk33 reserves the right to keep unusual or suspicious transactions under review.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

fk33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. All such offers are subject to their own terms, which are stated in the detailed description of each offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited only to the eligible user's account and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, or IP address.
• Wagers placed with bonus funds will count toward meeting bonus requirements only when real-money bets are placed.
• fk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• If misuse of bonus rules is detected, the account may be suspended.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The fk33 platform offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as various casino services including slots, live casino, fishing games, and card games.

6.1 Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that event will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fk33 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If suspicious or manipulated betting is detected, the relevant account may be placed under review.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through an RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer system. fk33 ensures that all games are fair and operated in accordance with fair play principles. Any complaint regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk33 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimize funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers — including through multiple accounts or strategic betting.
• Stealing another user's account credentials or attempting unauthorized access.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.

• Harassing other members or engaging in harmful behavior.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

fk33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, please ensure there are no active bets or pending bonus wagering requirements, and that your available balance has been withdrawn.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
